" Consider a good centre for perodua car servicing if you drop off the car and pick up upon finished. Not sure if you have to wait for the job. Some centre ask for hours after hours for no solid reason. Service advisors are much better and more customers orientated now after years of working there. "

" 1. 2 hours waiting time just for first inspection even with booking. They doesn't entertain customer's complaint about the car issue that day so I don't see any reason why everything is behind schedule.
2. Waited another 15 mins for receipt, inspection is free btw , I don't need to pay so don't know what's the receipt for.
3. Due to they messed up every schedules, the compound is full with customer's car and the staff have to double parked my car outside the compound after the inspection was done. Mind you that the road outside is a narrow one with lorries passing by. If anything happen I think I'm on my own.
4. SA promised to replace my driver side USB housing and i saw him wrote it on a form. After the inspection when I asked him why still didn't change then he only told me that he will need to file a report and i will need to come back another day. What a lame excuse. What report he wanna file, need to write an essay on why this customer need an USB housing replacement?
5. I've found engine oil on my bonnet release switch and the area around it. This was my car's first inspection and no oil change is needed so don't know why there is engine oil on my bonnet release switch.
6. To the owner, if you read this please investigate if your foreman have accidentally drained my engine oil? If yes then what oil they pour back in?
7. I'm glad that this SC takes effort in investigation. Guess it deserve another star. "
