" This place is very hyped. The food was below average and setup is very dingy. The quality of food was below the standard and you expect much more from a hotel like Westin. Our order was 30 mins late and that too we had to constantly ask the waiter about it and then he would go and check. Finally we order the house special desert and it was served to us frozen. The least you could do is serve it at edible temperature. We had to wait another 15 mins for it to defrost. There was no manager on duty and the restaurant staff was not interested in serving the customers. Very disappointing experience and I would prefer Italian restaurants any day over this place. "

" Lunch was great despite slightly under seasoned (I had aglio oglio, the truffled roasted chicken was awesome)! However, I would like to see more poultry and creative vegetarian choices on the menu in the future. Tiramisu is the best i had in KL so far!! "

" There was a promotion for the eat all you can pasta and pizza. Even though this is a promotion they still maintain the food quality which I am really impressed. They also explain each food they presented, what an excellent service. "
