" ORTHOPAEDIC DOCTOR, DATO DR BADRUL IS THE WORST DOCTOR I EVER MET. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR, HOW DO I KNOW I NEED TO FAST 6 HOURS BEFORE SMALL SURGERY. I AM NOT IN MEDICAL FIELD AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME!! AND YOU SAID IT COMMON SENSE AND I AM SUPPOSED TO KNOW ?! YOUR NURSES DID NOT GIVE PROPER EXPLAINATION AND GUIDANCE. ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM IS YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENT. I THINK YOU SHOULD BE IN LAB DOING RESEARCH INSTEAD OF CONSULTING PEOPLE.
IN ADDITION, THE WARD ADMISSION IS SO SLOW. IT ALMOST TOOK US 6 HOURS?!! HOW IS THIS HOSPITAL CLAIMED THEY ARE PREMIER HOSPITAL? THE SERVICES ARE REALLY SLOW COMPARE TO OTHER PRIVATE HOSPITAL. "

" I discovered that this place may have a shiny exterior but very low standards of hygiene...please Google to understand what is "MRSA" and "Hospital Pneumonia"...it is very common in hospitals that have very poor protocols to prevent patient infections. My relative was admitted here and suffered from both - yet in government hospital it never happened to him.
The attitude of the doctors is "pass the buck" - this place is all about greed and making money, nothing more. They will chase you for money even if you are going through life and death trauma. Completely insensitive.
I never got any sense from the doctors that they are concerned about patients. I would never, ever use this place again. You will be overcharged and just be grateful if you leave the place alive once these vultures have made their money.

" I admitted here. The staff all so polite and very helpful. The services was really good. The food for patients so delicious like eating at the fine dining restaurant. Doctor very humble and explain everything in detail so that patient know what they're dealing with. Over all I'm very satisfied. "

" The environment was very clean, did my blood test and the result was out very fast before 1 hour. The counter staff was very helpful when I wanted to check if my company insurance has coverage, the counter staff helped me to call the insurance company to clarify. Overall was a great experience. "

" I had one of the best private health experiences here. All the staff doctors, nurses and finance services were excellent. They were very helpful in liaising with my insurance company as well.
Offered level of health care comparable, if not superior to Australia, which is not easy to achieve. "

" This hospital is very disorganised and ER staff didn't train well. She try to get my blood sample but didn't take off the band on my arm so blood didn't flood well and I asked her 'not gonna take off the band?' She replied will take it off after collect all blood. It doesn't make sense. So I got big bruise on my arm. I really can say it's medical accident. If you wanna spend time and money highly recommended. "

" They really need to work on scheduling and giving services on timely manner. So I went there for yearly blood checkup (CBC, Lipid Profile etc.). They first asked me to go to ED. I went there reached around 10 AM (Was fasting for 12-13 hrs) . I told them about it and asked them to take my blood sample quickly so that I can eat something.. There were hardly 3-4 patients were there at that time.. For next 30-45 minutes nothing happened. I reminded them multiple times and then one of the doctor attended me. I told them I don't really need any consultation but if that's the process let it make it quick.. It's already 11 AM now.. Then again till 11:20 no-one came to extract blood sample, when I asked they said we don't have any bed available.. I explained them that bed is really not required so atlast around 11:40 they took my blood... My Wait it still not over.. Was too exhausted .. Then I requested them to give my bill and will collect reports in the evening.. It took them around 1 Hr to make bill .. So overall it took me around 4 Hrs for basic tests.. This hospital is like a 5 star hotel but they really need to work on quick turnaround.... "
