They are able to detect and repair ALL of the problems (which are not able to be solved by sec 13) eg window not able to wind, alarm problem, absorber. Overall it is a reliable car factory, just that they dont provide pick up/delivery service unlike sec 13. Service very fast and prompt and professional. "

" The place is pretty small so it gets really bad in peak posting seasons, but the employees are fairly efficient and get people out as quickly as possible.
Edit: Service the last two times I've had to come here was just horrible. Took me 30 minutes to PICK UP a package. The current batch of employees are completely inefficient and what's worse is when they open the door to go to the back you can hear and see others in the back standing there laughing and doing nothing. "
