" I feel the same with most of the one star reviews. Product quality is not as per advertise. I did not read about the reviews before I engaged them. Big mistake!
I went with the highest range, the RX and the result was very very dissapointing. Another brand I use on my previous is way better and cheaper than this RX range which is over RM2000!
As I read the reviews that the test is probably not regulated and in favour of thier own, I spent more money to remove the tint and go with another brand.
It was a painful step for me and my wallet, but in the end, I'm glad I am no longer need to sweat like a 🐖 after switching brands.
To add salt to the wound, I did 2 cars at one go. Biggest mistake of my life. "

" They don't deserve even 1 star, should be no star. If you are a lady and have no experience on tinting films, don't ever go to this shop in SK, although they are the HQ... I do not know what product they have given me but the so call 75% of reducing of heat was worst than my previous car which only 68% or less, the heat from outside can be feel from all direction, the most ridiculous is I have to show people their invoice to prove that my car is tinted. I did go back to filed a report but the test that they have shown me doesn't make any sense. I see a lot of good review here and I think they choose customer to cut their throat, so make sure you check others before you go there. "

" Done my car here, Sri Kembangan with a voucher. Ridiculous to not include the voucher amount in the bill just to save some tax. Kept on harping its a USA product better than others.
For a small size car, entry level Axia its 1000 bucks. While for a full size sedan its only 700 to 800.
Try elsewhere before you use their service. Please call Raytech in other location. You be amazed with the price difference, regardless if they call themselves the HQ.
Judge yourself.
Please don't fall for the IR test and other test. Tell them to test on their own car, judge the safety and also the heat on a hot day and not a UV lamp/heat lamp.
