Been to this place multiple times.. This can be one of the well known shopping center in KL but it's totally going in a wrong way because of it's own uneducated sales staff... Yesterday was not my day!
Had bad experience at the shoe store with a Malay salesman who can't speak English! He don't help much on my daughter queries! ... on top of it he pass very very bad and rude/racial remarks on us! Instead of buying he drives us away! So very sad! Hopefully the management will do some change before it's too late. Your EN HAIKAL in shoe department need proper Customer Service training! "
