" Okay , 4 stars because I disliked the fact of 45 mins queuing in front of the embassy, under the shade trees, and beside one of the most busiest road in KL.
I did my Non Immigrant B, came to the consular around 9.15AM and I believe it was about 20-25 people ahead of me.
The process should be much faster if everyone brings the right documents! The guard or officer at the door will do the first screen, then you will be given Q number. Once you hit this stage, it should be all fast. Just submit and collect receipt at the counter for next day collection. They all speak fluent Thai, Malay, and English. Some beautiful too 555!
The collection part should be faster, I came around 2PM and leave about 3PM (well that’s because I had the second waiting number). "

" I came here to apply for a Tourist Visa. Prepare for a long wait, but they will see you in the order you arrive so the earlier you get there the shorter the wait. Take a ticket when you get to the waiting room then take a seat. There are 3 (4?) windows with people to assist you and they all speak good English.
Make sure you have all the neccessary papers filled out properly with a photocopy of each page included! If not it's a long walk to the nearest place with a copy machine!
I was impressed with the courtesy and efficiency with which I was treated. They were very friendly and helpful each step of the way. It went like clockwork once I got the.paperwork straightened out. My only complaint is that they did not have copy facilities on the premises, hence 4 stars and not 5. "

" very bad Phone Service...keep calling for Visa info Since 4 days but nobody dam pickup. Call morning or Noon all the way same and even when you connect with Thai Embassy Kuala Lumpur Main line, After choosing the Language call automatically cut off... The Rubbish Telephone Service provided by Thai Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Shame on you people. "

" Even the uncle at guard house has bas attitude. We went there 12.30pm and it is suppose to close 1pm. He refused to let me in and said that the officers are out for lunch. Lunch break 30 mins earlier ? Sigh. And I asked him isnt it closed 1pm ? He answered me that he is very dizzy to explain to me and asked me to go. Zero tolerance and patience given. Impressive attitude "

" I was kinda worried about my visa trip to KL after reviewing the Google reviews about this embassy. It took around 2-3 hours to submit my application, the staff was nice and friendly, and, surprisingly, the tourist visa cost was set to 0 (up to 28th of February I believe). Next day I got my visa. That was a good experience. "
