" I am regular here. My last visit was today (21st February 2019). Before current visit I realized the service here was not consistent. Sometimes, satisfying, sometimes, disappointing. On my latest visit, I saw improvements. surprisingly, their staff (new), attended me ever since my arrival. I did normal service for my scooter. And it only took less than half an hour to complete. I hope the owner of this service centre train his staff on how to explain clear about technical or any related problem with vehicle to the customer. "

" A family ran business. Owner Uncle Teh is a very nice person. Once he worked overtime to wait for my arrival after working hours. I ordered my newly launched motorcycle but out of stock, he provided a wonderful solution n resolved the issue. Understanding n listens to customer's needs. "

" This is a great place to check out on your future bikes... there are great deal of accessories.. prices can be an issue.. so better know the prices of what you are looking for.. For now this establishment will only get a 3/5 star on this review based on my recent transaction with them..... shame really!!!
My issue on the level of services and communication skills of staff at this establishment.. bought a bike cash recently as a package including a helmet and gloves and 2 weeks have passed by and the products have not arrived yet... and no one can tell you when to expect those products... while advertisement is going round to enhance the name of the establishment... the level of services does not seem to have improved... "
