" Particularly disappointed with appointment time mixed up that I couldn't take my mother for her 70th birthday celebration.
This is a special trip that I flew over 20 hours home for her birthday celebration and treatment.
Lucky, that I decide to call and check again and realize they had us set for a much earlier time which makes us unable to get there for treatment.
It's a huge difference in miss communication for an appointment request for 3.30pm and being heard set an appointment for 2pm even if the conversation was misheard. "
