" This place used to be quite the novelty in terms of long fermentation sourdough. But I guess the game has gotten to their heads. they probably don't realize that the world has moved on and there are other better places in town. They still use low grade local flour (as can the seen easily in the open kitchen) and the quality of the bake has deteriorated considerably. Can't really swallow it anymore now that other places and better tasting as care about customer's health more. Sorry Tommy you used to be the go to but not anymore. "

Only thing, drinks come in paper cup..

" Came on a Sunday morning. Place was packed. Had the cheese platter which had slices from 4(?) different kinds of breads and 3 cheese cuts. A great way to try many different kinds of loaves. Also bought a jar of fruit preserves. While the food was great, the drinks were a letdown. Both the Mocha and Parisien we ordered were weak. Will come back to try their quiches and sandwiches(especially the steak one!). "
