" Avoid this unethical physician named 龚惠琳. She’s the worst physician / doctor I’ve ever met. Maybe due to 民族优越感 and she’s from China, she thinks she’s extra good. Such a rubbish physician and too arrogant! Sensitive and rude, kept sighing, complaining and with her eyes rolling all the time, didn’t give me any solution but asked me to find another doctor. Front desk recommended me to see her for sensitive skin and she wanted to find out who recommended me to her. I left the clinic by telling her: I’m not here to see u sigh, u must at least give me advice. I ended up seeing another physician named 李述健, same floor as her, he’s much better and professional, totally opposite of her. "

" So dissapointed with Tung Shin Health Screening helpdesk staff very rude told me they close at 12noon so don't come and they are not helpful even I called at 10am to request my health report so that I can collect it without doctor consulting before 12noon. Highly not going back with their bad services! "

" Gave 4 star 2 years ago. Unhappy and unfriendly staff, especially at the cashier. Not 1 staff (at the cashier) but majority of them show open hostility towards paying customers. Not as cheap anymore and outdated buildings and facilities. Go elsewhere for western medicine treatment, with better service and modern look and facilities. Not coming here again...ever. "

" Long wait at emergency admission. Went there on a Saturday night at 9pm. There was only 1 other patient before me but I waited 45 mins in pain. There were two emergency doctors, one was out, the other was apparently busy attending another urgent case upstairs (isn't emergency doctor should be at the emergency section at all times?). Most of the so called emergency cases I saw after were flu and cough, who could still joke and laughed with their family. However, once my turn was up, the doctor took time to explain in detail about my condition and answered all my questions. Unlike most doctors at clinics that sent you out once they've diagnosed you, written prescription and passed to their nurse, no explanation given, so this is a step ahead of those clinics. "

" There is no briefing/checklist on the procedure of health screening. I signed up for executive health screening package and was told to return home after xray. I did xray around 10am and went home afterwards. 3 hours later, hospital called and asked where am I because there's one more test to be done. So, I was required to go back the next day for the remaining check. It is so inconvenient as I have already took a day off for this health screening and I need to take another day off for a xray test that wasn't properly conveyed to me. I understand that it is understaffed everywhere, but please do proper briefing when we register or to provide a checklist to make sure we have done everything required before we leave the hospital. Thanks. "

" Had my nasal surgery here by Dr. Michael Herg , but after recovery the problems are getting worse , at first I can still breathe with my mouth , now I couldn't breathe properly even with my mouth , the operations has caused another problem to me , when I visited Dr Michael again , I told him my problems , the first thing he said is not asking me whether am I ok, he said the problem has nothing to do with the surgery , not taking responsibility at all and then he refer me to another Dr . Then I have to pay two consultant fees some more "

" Slow service and really hefty price.This has got to be one of the worst hospitals out there.My grandmother has been to the Western Division,Chinese division and now she's in Econ nursing home.The hospital fees are just the worst! They're really expensive and not worth every single penny.The architecture of the buildings are also outdated and has a really weird scent.The staff are turtles,they're really slow and sometimes a bit rude.If you're thinking of moving to this hospital,do keep in mind that you're making a wrong decision. " Tung Shin Hospital is closest to Chinatown, very convenience. My mother has go every 3 months.
The service is OK. To wait for X Ray result is very bad, wait for more than 3 hours. The Dr at the emergency Department most are students, they don't know what they doing, to pay your bill very slow and is a private hospital. Expensive. "
