" Had a terribly disappointing lunch dining experience today (8 July) with their set lunches. The ice lemon tea was so diluted and tasted like sugar water with hardly any traces of lemon. The "poached" egg accompanying the Big Brunch was raw and cold served on a small bowl while the so called "thick italian sausage" was nothing more than just cold minced meat splashed on top of the mashed potato. The "sausage" was definitely not fresh and disintegrated into a mash of minced meat when the sausage was cut.The bruschetta with mushroom was cold and soggy. The Fettucine la Nduja was no better. The menu stated streaky bacon and pork belly but the actual serving of the fettucine had only 3 tiny pieces of belly fat. No streaky bacon. Nada.
The "manager" Jeff asked about our meal and we told him exactly we feel about our disappointing meal. Jeff's only response was he will feedback to the kitchen. No apology was offered, not even an offer to replace our untouched sugar diluted water disguised as ice lemon tea. I really wonder how this restaurant ever got the 4 plus reviews rating. Definitely not worth setting foot in this restaurant.😡 "

Had a group lunch. Food was really slow, almost 2 hours for mains.
So many dishes were unavailable when ordering. Even after ordering, was updated that few of our choices were unavailable too.
Overall experience was very negative. Will NEVER return again. "
