" The place is run down. Badly managed. Toilet floor leaking, but mgmt dont bother to fix. Furniture is in bad shape. Foot stool broke and has only 3 legs. Towels are old and shabby. Price is same with The Straits Malacca, but the later hotel is new and very well kept. "
