" No indoor parking but quite a lot of parking lots. Apartment compound quite dirty. Sheets & towels clean but bed is very hard. I think the mattress is too thin, you can actually feel the wood below. Doors & curtains are spoilt in some units. No blankets provided "

" They are in 1 same building but different house different owner, and also different look.. so it depends on how their owner manage and clean the house. My experience was ok but some owner's stuff still there, if you want to rent a house as resort please make it as proper and comfortable as possible not make it like your own house..customers first!
Also I found a little bit of rubbish under sofa, hair on my pillow, curtain that can be easily fall.. And to management of the apartment, or to anyone responsible.. replace your old 70s elevator to a new one! you are in a hoteling business!
I use my own bed sheet too as I'm not sure if they really cleanup the place. But price is awesome, and before book a house there please visit the house first and check everything.
The place is a big potential for owners, as people also can hear and see a calm and gorgeous beach just at the balcony but please do business seriously. "

" Water leaking from ceiling, no body come to repair, sometimes no water supply, water ponding at kitchen floor, abundance units without upkeep.
