" Get up close and personal with elephants. Kids love it. Unfortunately we didn't get to bathe with the elephants as the river level is not suitable for kids at that time. A bit crowded on weekends. Better go on weekdays. "

" Nice place to visit as a detour on the way from KL to Kuantan (vice versa). It's an elephant orphanage/sanctuary, so don't expect "circus-style" performances from the elephants. I liked that the elephants were well cared for, the overall environment was pretty clean & it's an educational place for kids & adults. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged to help fund the sanctuary & its initiatives. "

" Very nice place. 2 hrs drive from KL nice scenic drive. Went with family and friends. Children loved watching the elephants and feeding them watermelons. The weather was very hot during the day so take a lot of water and an umbrella would be a good choice. In the evening it started to rain. We all had a great time. "

" Love going here. The work they do is fantastic and they can only survive with donations.
I have recommended this place to many friends and acquaintances. "

" This is a really good effort by the Wildlife Department to take care of elephants. Their work includes relocation of elephants whose habitat had been affected by agriculture. This sanctuary is not meant to be a tourist attraction but allowing the public to come visit is a good step in educating people on the plight of these animals. Entrance is free but visitors are encouraged to voluntarily contribute. Contributions are officially recorded. The site is located in a quite remote area but that's the way it has to be for a wildlife preserve. There is a short show of the elephants ability but please do not compare to those full-fledged tourists shows in other countries. Well worth the half-day visit. "

" Wonderful conservation centre for elephants, when I visited they had 24 elephants, either relocated or saved from the wild due to severe injuries or being isolated from their herd. Fantastic and educational visit. Bathing the elephants is definitely a highlight and great fun. "

" Best place to learn more about elephant. You can feed the elephant. And enjoy the moment of elephants taking their bath. Its so cute. "

" It was fun feeding the elephants but that's all it was. The waterlevel was too high to bath with the baby elephants so there wasn't much to do except feeding them and that doesn't take a whole day ;) The show wasn't good, nothing to look at really and you could in hear a word of what they screamed in the microphone. I'm happy that we did this as a part of a tour cause if this would've been a one day activity I would have been disappointed. "

" Elephant feeding for the 1st time! Good experience for the young ones, even for adults. Choose a good timing to view the elephant bath/bathe the baby elephant. See the schedule in the photos. "

" If you are an animal lover, you must go here. You will know the elephant's fact, the way they caught wild elephant. There also provide an activity with limited seats such as elephant bath. The admission is free but you can give donation if you want to support the sanctuary. "
