Persatuan Insaf Pahang is a non-governmental organization based in Kuantan, Pahang, a town in Malaysia, that focuses on the special needs of maknyah (male-to-female transsexuals). It was established by a Family Medicine specialist in 2013, and run by doctors, religious teachers, and some of the maknyah members since then. Its members consist of both Muslim and non-Muslim maknyahs from all kinds of backgrounds and age groups.

Our objectives:
- to provide the maknyahs with religious and spiritual teachings, counselling services, and supports
- to educate them on transsexual-related medical issues
- to handle their psycho-social welfares

Our activities:
- congregational prayers every Thursday night
- religious and spiritual classes every Thursday night
- Quran recitation classes every Thursday night
- maknyah outreach programs every two months
- large Mukhayyam camp every year
- sponsored Umrah for one maknyah member each year
