" The environment is pretty nice, seriously.
But, the service is REALLY REALLY BAD!!
I failed to search this hotel by following GPS and I called to ask for assist.
The receptionist not really understand how to lead and in the end I was leaded to far far away from the hotel.
This is because the receptionist don't know how to differentiate LEFT & RIGHT.
When i call her third time to ask for assist, she blame me and said I am going to the wrong way.
I need to invert her instruction and thanks god finally i reach here.
When i reach here, she is chit chatting with his friend. (But before that she told me in the phone that she was alone there and no one can assist her to lead me)
She did not serve me well, just put the room card rudely on the table. I think she dont know what is manners to serve customer.
Wish that Abby Hotel can value the personality of the staff very highly, to provide customer a good experience when staying here.
