Ample parking spots and just a few hundred meters from southbound Slim River toll. Muslim-friendly as well since you can request sejadah from the staffs and there was qiblah direction in your room. "

" The hotel facilities are good. And the location too. However, I find that the staffs were really unfriendly and didn’t even try to give good rapport to the customer . The ladies at the counter were disappointing. They were too rigid and not helpful. I checked in late when I arrived, then I straight away told her that I might need to checkout a little later the next day due to my work nearby. The checkout time should be at 12pm. I only asked to extend to 1pm the latest. Her response was “if you checkout later than 1pm, we will AUTOMATICALLY charge half price of the room fee”. Where is the human value.?
Each bed was only provided with ONE pillow. And when I came down (instead of calling) to ask for the extra pillow for my room (which has 2 beds), the reply was, “we only give each room one” without any consciences. Where is the logic ? The pillow they provided was extreme uncomfortable. I wouldn’t really mind regarding the pillow, but the staff really need to improve their communication and friendliness while dealing with the customer.
Pretty sad that a potentially good hotel being contaminated with those kind of bad staff. "

" As a hotel , few minutes from GH slim river, it happens that i stayed here for 2 days.
Its cleans nice but there are no coffee or tea sachets, no breatfast , no any extra facilities like gym, swimming pool or sauna.
Its just like 3star hotels , yet 3 star hotels, they have breakfast.!!!!!! "

" Very clean and comfortable hotel and very close to restaurants and supermarkets.. It's only from front, beside, and at the back of hotel.. You can just go by walk in.. It's takes 2-5 minutes by walk in, 5-15 minutes by car because you need to heat the engine's car and to find the parking at the restaurants and supermarkets.. If by bicycle, lorry, bus, aeroplane, etc, you think your own.. Hahah! 😅
This hotel from jalan lama to Tanjong Malim is only 17 km.. You also can go by walk in if you want.. Hahaha! 😂 You just exit from Slim River toll and you will find this hotel immediately.. Btw, I give two thumbs up for this hotel.. Thank you! d^_^b "

" I visited the Summit Signature Hotel a couple of weeks after it was opened. The staff was still inexperienced, however, very obliging. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and have a good standard. Next to the hotel is a small shopping mall and a couple of restaurants. I enjoyed the stay and would choose the Summit Signature again. "
