" Super happy to be able to renew my road tax here on a Sunday! No queue at 12.15pm. The lady at the counter is cool, calm, efficient and friendly. Also paid bills within seconds.

" I called them to ask about internal transfer from other branch but been told by one of the staffs that they are Not in this Delivery service and asked me to contact that branch myself. This was a really disappointing experience from poslaju. "

" A small branch of Pos Malaysia located under the KFC and McD in Sunway Pyramid. Opens daily from Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm. Usually only 2 counters are open so the queue tends to be extremely long. It's not unusual to have 50 numbers ahead of you when you arrive. Conveniently located in mall, but there's always a wait. "
