Parcel has never ever any attempt to deliver but said 'no one at home', nor any card to state you came. My parents are at home all the time ;totally a lie.
Uncountable times of phone calls with no answer or 'the line is busy'. PLEASE BUCK UP!!! "

" Rubbish. They never pick up calls. Usually the parcel arrived the next day after the sender posted but they couldn’t manage to deliver it after 2 days! I could have received earlier but due to their slow service so it always become so late! "

" Can't even self collect. They are saying things like, package arrived today (Friday) so we cant release it yet because there is too many procedures. And here I am thinking I want to help with the burden of delivering their PAYING customers item. I might help them sort their item if that is what they need help with. But nope, I need to wait till Monday before I can SELF COLLECT. And forget about their phone number. I think they mute their phones. You need to come by their office and ask for your item before getting a "you cant pickup the item today" response. I guess calling to ask is not as efficient as, driving 10km through heavy traffic just to ask whether my item are ready to collect. "

worker service too slow waiting item need around 1 hour 30 minutes！I online check my package number location at pos malaysia, so I waited at ground floor counters around 1 hour 30 mimumin more,then I unbearable direct ask them they last minutes tell me my item they don't know at which delivery man handle and location,Irresponsible,why don't direct remind me ？Why Ignore my package number ？ Need until I ask then remind me？Better stop doing business！ "

" If there is no star, I will definitely choose that. My parcel stuck here for 4 days. When I finally got time to drop a visit at the cawangan, online status showed item out for delivery. Okay, I went home and wait patiently for my parcel at home. At the end of the day, I re-checked for my status, it showed unsuccessful delivery, will re-attempt in next working day... Come on please, if u can't manage to deliver, why are you carrying my parcel out of the goddamn place. "
