" Request for appointment at 11 a.m, but they FORGOT to key in & secure my appointment, so have to postpone the appointment at 1 p.m.. But, at approximately 3.30 p.m., my car is yet to be in line for service! My husband waited in line since 11 a.m.
Though the first experience was quite good, the second one was bad enough for me to not going here again for car service. "
