" Horrible experience servicing my Epson printer. 1 month in with no status feedback and no progress report of the repair, even after calling them on two occasion. Sent in my printer with full ink cartridge, took back my printer with almost empty cartridge. Don't understand why they drained the tanks. I cancelled my repair with highpoint and brought my printer to Printer laboratory instead. "

" My case id:3219768y register on 1-8-19.after 9 days haven't come to pickup. We try to call highpoint 2 times on 7th and 8th August 19 they give me answer on driver problem and request person in charges return call up to never received call from High Point.
