" Location is strategic. But overall place is old and need a serious upkeep. Me and my friend stay at 2 different room. Mine was missing a fridge and there is no shower curtain. Carpet is dusty , smelly and old. Didn't provide hairdryer as stated on The website. The worst thing is there are bedbugsssss . We saw not only 1 or 2 , but few bedbugs. 1 of it crawled up to my friend leg. A total nightmare. Not recommended. Best to stay up in genting. "

" Cleanliness: can be further improve.
Room size: big and comfy but need to upgrade design to more modern feel and cleanliness needs further improvement.
Breakfast buffet: Major disappointment. Even budget hotels can have better buffet spread. "

" The reception area is modern looked, the receptionist was efficient more or less. Once we get to the room, my wife mentioned that she smell this peculiar 'Seri Malaysia' odour. We were at a different Seri Malaysia hotel in 2013. The room was not particularly pretty to begin with, just so so. Should have been cleaner I suppose. Hmm.. Boleh la. Not bad, not great either. The surroundings of the hotel has many shops, this is convenient place to go around in Genting Highlands "
