" Called about 6 times to request a technician to come and repair my solar heater. everytime they fail to return the call and when you call back then say that they did call you or the lorry is broken down and they will have to come another day or some other excuse. totally unreliable and inconsiderate customer service who REFUSE to connect your call to a manager to complain. totally regret using this company. "
