" Dr. Devan and his team is superb in preparing and ensuring my dog meets her health check and is fit to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Vancouver, a gruesome 30+ hours. By the time she arrived at my doorstep it was close to 40 hours. Jeanette, Shini and Dr Dr.Devan are so dedicated and meticulous. All in all their service is so professional and exceed expectations beyond words. I was kept updated all the time from when my dog was picked up in Ipoh to health check in Kuala Lumpur to boarding, while transit in Amsterdam all the way to Vancouver. Their rates is also so reasonable. I can never imagine that I can be put at so much ease all through the long jouney that my dog travelled from Ipoh to Vancouver. I cannot thank you enough. My dog arrived today clean and not in the least tired. They are so experience and knows exactly the entire process to provide the smoothest journey - scheduling, documentation etc ....

" Excellent service! The staff are really professional and Dr. Dev is knowledgeable. My pet "Dave" a boston terrier, stayed in his clinic a week before his flight. During his stay, he has been provided with great care and everything that is needed for his safe travel from Kl-Manila. Now Dave is a happy dog, finally reunited with us! " The best part is that they are open 365 days a year including on public hols. Don't go without first checking if the vet is in as he sometimes comes in towards late morning or noon. "

" The vet and staff are really friendly and take the trouble to explain what's wrong with our pet. They show a genuine care for animals. It sells some supplies and pet food, too as well as provide pet relocation services. Consultation is by appointment but walk ins are acceptable, provided you can wait or there are no patients at the time. "
