" Worst experience ever. 1st time consulting this clinic, hence the 1st time registration by the Malay front desk who was nice and smiley face which everything was good and doctor was good too. However my impression for the clinic changed right after they called up my name to pay for medical bill by this Chinese aunty. I asked for using HealthMetrics to pay for the bill and this was then she went all drama. She scolded me repeatedly for didn’t mention why i was under company but didn’t tell. Scolded me in front of other patients who were waiting for their turn somemore! Hello aunty!! During registration part ur staff didn’t mention anything about whether or not under a company. She just asked me to fill up my name, no., ic and address. How the hell would i know i need to mention about it? I tot i will only need to mention it during payment time! Damn rude lah the aunty. I was already so sick some more got scolding(she really scolded me) definitely wasn’t a pleasant moment in the clinic. This aunty should be given warning letter from the company! I hope she read this comment! "

" Been coming to this place for almost 15 years and all this while the doctors have never once let me down. However, the nurses are just embarrassing. Rude, arrogant, unfriendly and definitely not easy to talk to and enquire "

" Doctors are great. The receptionist however is very rude. She won't even come to the window to talk to me. Makes me think that they don't like expats. Only when I bring my GF, and she speaks Bahasa, will they entertain my needs. I sure hope they improve upon this. "
