" The pictures on here are really misleading. The hotel is in an extremely sketchy area but it is very close to Batu Caves (about 5 minutes)
The hotel appeared to have a pest control problem. Outside the hotel we could see massive cockroaches and huge rats.
The hotel's wifi was touch and go. The door to the bathroom was flimsy and there was a consistent leak and water running in the bathroom so the floor was always wet. ( a huge pet peeve of mine) There is no area in the bathroom to put toothbrushes or your toiletry bag.
Another big issue I had with the room was that there was no space for our daughters pack and play to be set up - the room was a bit tight for luggage, crib etc...
Thirdly, the sheets and linens all had large stains on them and were not clean. The general cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.
In the middle of the night, this random loud alarm went off and woke everyone up.
overall, I felt the place was conveniently located close to Batu caves but the area was really sketchy. It wasn't walking distance from any touristy places to eat or anything convenient besides the 7/11. I recommend looking elsewhere. It's cheap but its not really worth the amount you'll save... "
