" Disappointed with their service . I use to come here to buy flowers. On one Wednesday I was here to look for graduation bouquet for little boy graduation. Their bear don’t look nice , so a friendly sales lady suggest me to buy my own bear and bring my own chocolate where they can help me to wrap. She suggest me too come Friday , the day before the graduation as they only need half an hour to wrap. I came on Friday at 8pm , this is another sales lady who is wrapping a bouquet for another customer. When she ask what I wan, I told her I need to wrap a bouquet for my chocolate and bear
. She ask me to wait. I patiently waited 30 min, when finally my turn. She turn me down and say she can’t wrap. She say she need more than half a day to wrap. I nicely talk to her and please her to help as I need it tomorrow morning. She just rejected me and say 2 hours she can’t wrap for me as she need one day to do it "
