" The owner vet, Lynn is very unfriendly. Went there a couple of times, we initially put up with her unwelcoming attitude because this vet is near our house. The nail in the coffin was when we tried to board our cat and this jerk vet came out and scolded us. We didn't know it's surgery time, we would have waited but amazingly she still had time to abandon her surgery and come out and start an argument with her customers. "

" Terrible service! I called for help on Sept 16 (holiday) & a lady told me clinic closed by 5:30pm. I sped my car at 5:20pm from Kg. Subang. It was jam & I called again for direction & this time the lady said will close at 6pm. I reach the clinic at 5:52pm but already closed, leaving my dog in pain... "
