" WORST sales experience so far .. walked in with my husband, we saw what we were planing to get,ON OUR OWN, and NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED by any service staff. Everyone were more keen getting their sales done than anything else. A simple hello and introduction would be good(just a few seconds only!),and we will definitely understand if they need to be excused, and come back later. From what I understand,KIA is at fault for not training their excellent staff well in customer service... well done KIA! It's all about money I guess.. maybe.

" Very bad customer service. They are requesting for an appointment even though they have an empty service center. Plus they take almost an hour to wash a tiny car. The staffs work very slow. Even my 80 year old grandpa can walk and work faster than them. NEVER VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE NO CHOICE!! "
