" Came on a Saturday morning to renew my driving license. Super fast and smooth service. Friendly staff. Definitely will come again in five years. Plenty of free parking spots inside the complex. Not too many people. I came around 9.30am. "

" Customer service wise, pretty bad. No smile and reluctant to provide detailed info upon providing service to customers. They prefer not to give sufficient info that require you to return to post office couple times just to get one transaction done. Returning item from Lazada is a painful process because usually, upon receiving item, they should scan the item and customer will receive their money cash into E-wallet but it is again delay. Provided phone number to be contacted however, appear to be it’s a ghost town with no one to attending to any calls. Hence, you need to run down to post office, ask the bloody questions and go back home. "

" Doesnt take responsibility at all. Waited for my parcel that has reach at this pos for 1-2 week and still no update or whatsoever even drove there to ask and call me to wait till Monday and they will call me which I had already waited still no calls no update and I'm still waiting. 👏👏👌👍 "

" The Pejabat Pos Besar. Parking is limited but you would find a space to park eventually. There are some construction works happening front of the building. Good service. Keep it up! "

" According Tracking system info, parcel arrive at Shah Alam pos office for 3 days still not arrange for delivery. Tracking System result always show “unsuccessful delivery due to Shah Alam pos office”.
But the service was great when going for self collect. "
