" This poslaju operate until 8pm (just asked the staff). Self-collect my stuffs and get it done around 5 mins, not much crowd at 3pm. There’re only 3 counters. If you’re self collecting, no need to get the waiting number just head straight to counter 3 and you will be served. Just remember to bring along your parcel number and ic.

Edited after 3 months: Just revisited this branch to collect my stuffs and I don’t understand why the staff from counter 3 have to be so rude. She didn’t say anything rude but the attitude is at worst (like I owe her million ringgit) There’s no crowd at all.... I’m the only person she serving at that time... The staff 3 months ago was nice tho! 5 stars drop to 2 stars... "

" 1. POSLAJU HOTLINE BOLEH BUANG, SBB TAKKAN ADA ORG ANGKAT PHONE. Manager punya phone too
2. WEBSITE TRACKING WRITTEN "POSLAJU SHAH ALAM", I have absolute zero idea which poslaju hold my parcel. So i went here.
3. They said my parcel at Seksyen 16, after all the traffic I been thru.

For poslaju, get yourself together for better customer support, and provide detail on ur tracking, put address on which pos laju.

For people that their track event at "POS LAJU SHAH ALAM" it is at Pos laju seksyen 16. Not here Glenmarie.

" First delivery, I failed to collect the parcel due to the pos laju office jalan cawangan something close at 5.30 pm and i finished work at 6 pm. How can i collect my parcel?

I tried call the hotline and waited 15 mins for your staff to answer. What is the purpose of the hotline if your staffs lazy to pick it up?

Second time delivery also failed due to "invalid address". Please use the goddamn phone to call the number written on the parcel if the address provided are listed in secluded place. Or at least use google. It will appear on the search. Don't just assume the address is incorrect. What is the purpose of me putting phone number on the parcel if the delivery person doesn't even call me to ask? Lousy.

Why does DHL managed to send my parcel using the same address? Weird. "

" Companies and Banks,
Pls stop using Pos laju and start looking at other options as I have experienced this low level terrible service for more time than I can remember .STOP UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE
1.The courier are fast to leave cards instead of waiting for one minute to give the house owners enough time to come out to collect the baggage.The disappear as as they ring the door bell
2. No details on which Pos Laju address to pick up
3. The toll free number for 2nd delivery Service Request is always on voice message . Customer seldom get to speak to the customer service agent and if you are lucky , it maybe 1 time for every 10 calls you make .
4.Pls make it very clear and tick on the right box in the notification card to inform the customer that they have to pick up the parcel themselves instead of send a rep as the parcel is C which is credit card. Most cases, no tick on the right box which cause customer wasting time as we send a rep and to be informed at collection site that the parcel owner has to come personally because it's credit card parcel. Time wasting causing major frustration for your customers.

POS LAJU.. Pls wake up and get your service level up or replace your management with someone who can make POS LAJU a trustworthy Courier Service "
