" One of the post officer at the counter wearing tudung acted rudely.. She knew there are no lines (only 2 customer including me) so I just wait next to the current customer being served, then after a while another customer came in.. and she (the officer) told me to get in line and refusing to treat me and proceed with the just arrived customer at the back.. SHE CLEARLY KNEW I WAS WAITING THERE WHEN THERE ARE NO ONE THERE! AT LEAST GIVE THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW TO WAIT AT THE BACK WHEN YOU NOTICED ME EARLIER, NOT AFTER A NEW CUSTOMER ARRIVED! SO RUDE THIS TUDUNG GIRL, better off work at the back office if you don’t like to entertain customers, or better off not working at all.. SO RUDE, I don’t think I can forget this incident the next time I come here. "
