" PosLaju has a problem with their delivery system. They do not call or text when parcel is out for delivery, you will have to track everyday. I didn't track for two days, found out the previous day that my address was "incorrect" (who are they to decide the address is wrong? why not call the customer?) and then is returning the package to the sender (FROM THE US)
So dumb. Get your house in order before I tell all my clients locally and overseas to avoid you at all cost. "

" Had a number of experience where my items are not delivered to my house even when I’m home. The postman didnt contact me or leave any notice. Very disappointed. I only knew that I had to pick-up my parcel at Bangi once I traced my parcel. And even when they did leave a notice, it wrote that they already came to my house TWICE and has already contacted me, when in fact they only just came once & didnt try to contact me. Such bad experience. I recommend others to use other services BESIDES PosLaju. PosLaju Bangi is not living up to standards.

" I hate how complicated it is to post an item. For people who is a first timer, they wouldnt know which button need to be press to take the number. There is no instruction or guide on what need to be done 1st and so on. I spend about 10minute to figure out which button need to be press and behold, I got the wrong one and need to take a number again. I thought to buy the packaging bag n send the item only need to take 1 number only. But it seems you need to take different number each for purchasing the packaging and post the item. "

" Very bad service in the front liners. Which it we called around 100 times on Bandar Baru Bangi for arrange sending back my parcel. But no one answer it and when called the line must in busy. Before have experience that postman will contact us for collection when they arrival. But now they didn't do this action anymore. And very mad was POSLAJU need we own collection at there but i didn't receive any collection letter. They just leave like that!!! " EVERYTIME and I mean every time I am expecting my parcel from Poslaju Bandar Baru Bangi, they will take 2, 3 round trips to successfully deliver my parcel. Reason is the same every time, they keep informed me that sender request to change address. Even for different sender, they say request to change address.
One time, we went to their office see the manager, found out that the courier who was supposed to sent the parcel was overwriting the status to change address. Asked for courier name and ID, they refuse to tell.
Is this ethical? And again, today, same thing happened again. Just brilliant. "
