" Go to other outlet. The service here by their sales persons is below standard. Went there to ask for a test drive but waited for around 20 minutes, no one even care your existence. After greeted one of the sales person, I was told no car available as their X70 showroom car is out for display at other mall. I have this question to the Management : Is that only One X70 at your flagship showroom???? "

" Great place to test drive all Proton cars. Their sales are also very friendly and helpful, need to improve on their technical and knowledge on the car though, well maybe not all sales rep. "

" I had to make a booking through the customer service hotline as the phone number I called on google didn't get through for a few times. In the beginning, i was annoyed that they my calls weren't answered. I forgot about all the lousy pre-appointment hassles of making a booking when I was greeted by the customer service officers. They were attentive and really really polite therefore I am giving 4 stars.
As a customer, I feel that Proton Glenmarie can really improve by adding more staff, mainly to answer the calls as the phone kept ringing for a number of times without being answered. Can't blame the customer service officers who were on duty as they were busy attending customers.
Will definitely come here again. "

" Made a call to make an appointment to service my car. Was told to just walk-in and no appointment needed. Went to the service center and was asked if appointment was made by the receptionist/ front counter. Ended up having to wait for more than 1 hour just to be called, detailing out about the service needed. They said they prioritize the ones who have made their appointment, I understand that but screw the operator who said appointment is not needed. Perodua service center is much better!
Oh ya, and they decided to make an event in front of their service center, using most of the parking area. When I tried to park on the side of the road, for awhile to search for my service book, was asked by the event staff to park elsewhere. Didn't know if he can realize with his eyes that they have used most of the parking spaces and created the traffic, and didn't even try to help to control the flow. "

" Had a 10am car service 'appointment' which actually only started around 2pm, finished at 3pm. They washed my car for free as an apology though.
Not a problem for me as there was WiFi and laptop tables so i could get on with work. Also got free nasi lemak (last one left @10am) and the coffee machine makes good coffee. "
