Pusat Jagaan Taman Eden located at Taman Desa Ros; Kajang was formed on 4th February 2008. We provide shelter to old folks, orphans as well as those who were abandoned by their family. These people have nowhere to go and nowhere to stay. They also have no one that cares for them and help them. Pusat Jagaan Taman Eden is an independent body that provides much needed care for these folks. This shelter home is run by a single individual and would welcome any help from the public. Taman Eden is non-religious or ethnic based organization. We welcome everyone who needs help regardless of his or her race and religion.

We, at Pusat Jagaan Taman Eden have been providing shelter and care to those who are limited to carry out their daily activities due to old age; those who need a place to stay due to abandonment from families and those who out casted by society.

Some of the people at this shelter home come from poor families and they are not able to sustain themselves. We also cater to those who are disabled.

Currently we have two fulltime workers and a nurse that provides care and help to look after the people at our center. We also have a doctor; Dr Rajan from Klinik Rajan located at Bukit Mewah, Kajang who have been providing free medical services to our residence.

As we all know that we as human generally go through stages in life. How we live our life and what we do is entirely base on individuality. As a capable individual, we are blessed that we have so much at our disposal. We are able to carry out daily activities, be able to see and hear as well taste. We practically have everything. Unfortunately, there are some people who are not blessed with all these blessings. Some don’t have food, shelter and people who would care for them. We should as good people with blessing to take advantage of this opportunity and help these people at our shelter home.

Currently we have received basic food needs such as rice, sugar, cooking oil and other food item from the general public. Our current expenses are at RM 7,700 per month and we are facing financial difficulties to sustain our basic needs for our center.
