" Sadly not even the second treatment solved the pest problem despite the sales personnel informing that a single treatment is sufficient to address the issue. More over the technical site team's explanation pertaining to the issue is conflicting with what was transpired by the sales team. Disappointed. (2 Stars)

Received prompt response from the CEO, Mr. Steven pertaining to the issue. Offered insightful solutions to readdress the issue which is much appreciated.
The team that arrived and performed the treatment was very professional. Prior to the treatment, they did a thorough examination on the infestation and briefed on proposed treatment method, how will it be done and why should it be done that way.
The team not only treated the infected areas but also peformed preventive treatments on areas which were not infested to control the infestation.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service rendered as it had exceeded our expectation. Thank you. Cheers. (5 Star) "
