Good Morning Malaysia! This is how you should start your morning with. Perfect combination breakfast. Notice the authentic "Pork Crisp" on the noodle?

To All Sang Nyuk Noodle Fans,

I must first apology for past couple weeks, we had some operational issue with our pork supplier, supplying us wrong pork oil to begin with, follow by preparation misalignment from a previous staff which cause our "Pork Crisp" differ from our original recipe.

I have to emphasize the importance of our "Pork Crisp" as one of our key ingredient. It adds a greater taste to our signature soup and a traditional touch to the dry noodles. When you order ...an additional plate of "Pork Crisp", try stir them well with your dry noodle, it give you the richness of the entire delicacy that you won't waste a single strand of noodle. Same goes with the soup, when you add additional "Pork Crisp" to the soup, you won't waste a single drop.

Today, I have personally refined both the raw ingredient and preparation techniques. Check out the golden "Pork Crisp" pictures below. Come tomorrow onward, to enjoy the traditionally Sang Nyuk Noodle, the authentic recipe, from KK, Sabah!

Yours Sincerely,

Alwin Loh (Owner of Sang Nyuk Noodle Restaurant)
