" I am the regular customer of this shop. Most of the things here are good quality with reasonable pricing. HOWEVER, there is one incident (the first and only time I want to do a replacement due to the faulty item, which is a RM 5 switch) with one of the Chinese middle-age lady worker in this Puchong branch. Worst customer experience ever as mentioned by some of the reviewer here. I felt insulted by her attitude. My advise if you want to go there, just buy and leave that place ASAP + do not expect any customer service there. "
