Some of the menu we prepared for the pop-up cafe: . We think pizza without cheese can be good too! Using fresh ingredients and own make sourdough base, we chose these 2 flavors for the event. Ulam pizza with green papaya, meshed sweet potato and ulam herbs gives slightly sweet and sour taste like the Hawaiian pizzas, Eggplant pizza with tomato & basil leaves, you can opt out onion if you want to go for vegan! For cheese replacement we put some nutritional yeast, it gives some... cheesy effects 😍 . What’s not organic? We use our product - Ginger Enzyme as a seasoning to the sauce. Fresh brew coffee ☕️ We use imported Organic Arabica Coffee Beans, we have coffee trees in our farm but it is not enough 😅 These Organic Arabica is medium roast and we love the earthy taste of it 😘 . What’s not organic?
