" Lousy!!!! Who interested to sign pls go for other fitness center. Sauna never worked since i join two years ago, too frequent air cond down, broken equipments never fixed, broken lockers, lesser and lesser class. Think if possible to cancel my membership and get back my money. Or management pls do something!!!!!! "

" I am completely disappointed with true fitness taipan USJ. When I purchased my membership , the sales team manager promised me the world. I was promised 29 months gym membership. Now sadly , he has left and "in the system" , I have only 24 months membership. Please be careful with this gym. Don't trust them or their promises. I will be migrating to a more trustworthy place once my membership expires. I can tolerate the sub par maintenance , hygiene and equipment . But I cannot tolerate liars! "
