" Excellent service throughout - from providing me great options for my first road bike, to the bike fitting, and to the advice and tips to get me started in cycling. The entire staffs were friendly and super helpful. Special thanks to Mr Adam and Mr Marcus in helping me choosing the best bike (Allez Sprint ;)) for my needs. I felt at ease from the get-go and not pressured at all through the entire process. Everything was done quickly and professionally. For those who are just starting out in cycling like me, or even for seasoned cyclist, I highly recommend this shop. Definitely will visit them again for future upgrades. "

" William was very helpful and knowledgeable about the e-bike I was interested in. After my initial visit to the store, he responded well to my text messages and made my purchasing experience very pleasant. My only grouse was that the shop was a bit out of my way from home and so was a bit worried about any after sales support if I have to go back to USJ 9.
Otherwise, I was quite impressed with the bikes and accessories available for sale making me wish I had known this place sooner.

" I'm a total newbie at road bicycles. I went over to their shop and they we super attentive and informative. They even taught me when and how to use the different riding styles. Once I selected my bike, they fit the necessary fixtures and prepped it up for me within 15 minutes. Super efficient folks! I also had to go in to adjust my rear derailleur tightness the next week and they fixed it for me within 5 minutes, completely free. These folks are brilliant! Very highly recommended! "
