" In februari 2017 we brought our Toyota Landcruiser for a 10000km check and wheel bold repair. The client service was shocking, the people who helped us were rude, not interested they brought our Landcruiser to a other garage for the repair of our snorkel with out our permission and awareness and they where over charging us with more then de double in working hours. When we asked for any explanations, mr. Dirk Kotze the Dealer Principal, the only response was that Toyota needed to earn money and start shouting and walked away several times. After sending an complain letter to Toyota there was until now (1,5 month later) no response. We regret, we didn´t go to the Toyota garage in Windhoek or Walvis Bay who belong to an other Toyota chain. "
