Why our Groot Glass Private Placement Offering?

We are raising this money through our Groot Glass Private Placement Offering to pay for our Groot Glass's Detailed Engineering Designs for our two glass factories by our German engineers as well as our Groot Glass Business Plan and Financial Modeling by our South African Consultants and these are costing millions of dollars in initial startup costs.

Once those are done, we will submit them to our overseas financiers for them to ...release our funds in project financing of USD $750 million for our civil and construction work for our two glass factories in Tses.

Some other entrepreneurs would have ran to the government begging for the financial assistance to cover these costs but we know that our government also needs help, hence we are using these financial tools which are legal and are practiced all over the world, as a way for us to secure our funding from our overseas financiers.

And when we bring our foreign funds of USD $750 million which is almost N$9 billion in Namibia, this is good for our economy as it will help increase cash flow in our local economy.

Out of that USD $750 million, about 45% of that will go towards paying our overseas technical partners for our factories equipment, technology and know-how by our German, Italian and Ukrainian technical partners, and the rest of that cash will be spent in Namibia for the required local deliverables such as infrastructure of water, electricity, fuel, initial raw materials, training of our staff and labor force in Germany and many other needed resources and logistics. And this is one way in helping our economy to grow faster and create more better paying jobs.
