All prices include shipping from the supplier to Violets Pampering's office. Courier cost to town of residence is for your own account. We make use of Formula Couriers to send parcels across Namibia. If you prefer another company please inform us once your order is placed.

Orders / signed quotations will only be accepted via email, fax or whatsapp No telephonic orders. Orders / signed quotations is only valid
if signed! NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER!

For all cash orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your order will be placed. Remaining balance is due and payable once your order is delivered or when waybill number for products is provided. If final payment is not received within 21 days after notice of delivery goods will be sold without prior notice to cover any related costs.

For all lay-buy accounts a 30% non-refundable deposit is required before your order will be placed. Your minimum installment is due no later than the 7th of each month. Lay-buy accounts are spread over 6 months. If you have not settled your account within 6 months you will lose your deposit and products will be sold to cover any related costs incurred. Please note you will only received your ordered products once you have settled your account.

For all account customers a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before your order will be placed. Your installment due is payable no later than the 7th of each month. Interest will be charged on all overdue amount. All accounts needs to be settled within 6 months from order date. Should you fail to settle your account legal action will be taken. Accounts only granted when your first order was on a cash basis and paid in full.
