Hamish’s Cottages are 2 x 1 bedroom cottages. Situated on 15 acres of rural land, high on the Island next to the National Park. It is only a few kilometres from the picturesque town centre and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and historic Kingston. The setting is peaceful, restful and rejuvenating.
The spacious cottages are all original in design with extensive use of beautiful Norfolk Pine timber.

Sophie’s Cottage
A 1 bedroom, fully self-contained cottage with kitchen, lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. It also has a wrap around balcony to enjoy the sunrise and valley views.

Jenny’s Cottage
A 1 bedroom, fully self-contained cottage with kitchen, lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. It also has a working fireplace and outdoor dining area. It has lovely national park views and can accommodate additional guests in the spacious lounge area.

The cottages are owned by descendants of Fletcher Christian and are named after Hamish Martin (Poppa), his son Hamish who renovated and extended the cottages and Hamish (great grandson) who enjoys the animals, extensive lawns and fresh air.
