The reality of the world and more importantly, Africa, is that social problems abound. In addressing these problems, development actors are important. There is, therefore, the need to birth and foster the talents required to deliver development on the continent. The development and solutions we are so direly in need of will be most effectively delivered by citizens of the continent. This among other reasons is the purpose of founding Spawning Development. At Spawning, we believe that development can be sustainably birthed by inter-sectoral partnerships and through unconventional approaches. We are developing solutions to social problems by "plucking low-hanging fruits" while also aiming for those fruits at the top of the tree that on birds get to eat. We believe very strongly in collective efforts. We are not aiming to be the centre of the change (development) but a part of it. Join us and be a part of something bigger.
