" Quite cheap, with beautiful buildings and large parking space, but very poor power supply. There's almost not always light, and they are very reluctant to turn on their generators. Therefore, you don't get air conditioning until night and early hours of the morning.
You may not notice these problems though, if you check in at night and check out the next morning.
