They say in case of a return that the item has been in use, which is really not the case and simply do not refund. You also have to pay transport costs yourself if you still want the item back!

Unfortunately, this page has recently been almost exclusively filled with responses from dissatisfied customers. Complaints are not an issue of course, they are there to be resolved correctly! " Goede ervaring bij mijn eerste bestelling bij dit bedrijf. Een Savanne bamboo zomerdekbed besteld. Later in de middag een dekbed besteld en per ongeluk de verkeerde maat ingevuld. Na gebeld te hebben is het gelijk keurig aangepast en had ik het dekbed de volgende dag al in huis. Ik heb er nu twee nachten onder geslapen. Omdat ik het s'nachts vaak warm heb heb ik voor dit bamboe zomerdekbed gekozen. Het is niet te zwaar en het ligt dan ook echt heerlijk koel en volgens mij ook echt van goede kwaliteit. Zeker een aanrader voor de volgende keer! "

Bij Weids Wonen & Slapen heb ik een dekbed gekocht maar omdat ik het wollen dekbed te zwaar vond heb ik deze volgens de procedure (zoals beschreven staat op de website) retour gestuurd. In de bijlagen die ik heb upgeload kunt u lezen op wat voor manier Rene van der Weide hier via mailverkeer op heeft gereageerd. Ik wil u op deze manier laten zien op wat voor onprofessionele manier Rene van der Weide met zijn klanten omgaat. Aan u de keuze of u bij dit bedrijf een product wil gaan kopen.
Ik kan helaas niet op René zijn reactie reageren die hij op mijn bovenstaande verhaal heeft gedaan, vandaar nu mijn reactie op hem hieronder weergegeven:
René van der Weide geeft in zijn reactie aan dat ik opzettelijk de vlek heb geprobeerd te verbergen door het dekbed zogenaamd binnenste buiten retour te verzenden (naar mijn weten bestaat er helemaal geen binnenste buiten bij een dekbed) en als ik zelf een vlek zou hebben veroorzaakt zou in dit uiteraard melden.
Ieder die mij kent zal dit gelijk bevestigen. Naar mijn weten heb ik dan ook echt geen vlek veroorzaakt in het dekbed, ik heb deze dan ook gelijk de volgende dag retour gestuurd. Omdat ik het allemaal heel vervelend vind heb ik aangeboden om de kosten voor jet verwijderen van de vlek te betalen. De enige reactie hierop is dat ik het dekbed opnieuw kan laten opsturen (uiteraard wel door verzendkosten te betalen) en dat deze anders naar de kringloop winkel wordt gebracht. Daarnaast heb ik nooit een ontvangstbevestiging destijds ontvangen en kan en wil René mij niet laten aantonen dat het echt mijn dekbed is waar een vlek in zit. Ik heb deze na ontvangst gelijk weer in de verpakking gedaan en ik kan me echt niet voorstellen dat ik deze vlek heb veroorzaakt..het ergste vind ik de manier waarop René mij behandeld, alsof ik een slecht persoon ben en dingen probeer te verdoezelen. Dit vind ik echt heel erg rot en vandaar dan ook deze recensie. "
