" Good shop, has good bargains. Just got 2 blu-ray movies for a cheap price. Customer service was nice and helpful. Prices were good. I am really pleased with the outcome of this. Highly recommended! "

" Not good customer service. The action cards are with the wrong articles and there is no correct description of the article. Only at the checkout will you find out that the promotion applies to other articles. Subsequently, the employees and even the head office are not cooperative. Not at all the feeling of being taken seriously as a customer. I walked out of this store with a very bad feeling. Hopefully this is not representative of other BoekenVdeel stores. "
